The breakfast was good with plenty of hot options, and my room was comfortable and clean. the shower took a while to heat up, and the entry after 8 PM felt a bit secluded.

Good central location and decent price.
Spent a night close to town for shopping. Room was clean but kind of basic. The staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was a win, tons of options! WiFi was really spotty tho, couldn't get it to work at all. But it's a great place if you just need somewhere to crash after a long day.

Excellent service, although a few employees were extremely rude. Booked a guest room with an ironing set, coffee/tea making equipment and a work desk. We loved the English breakfast and the accommodating and pleasant staff. It was in a decent location walk from restaurants and pubs😀

The staff were friendly enough and the hotel was in a good location for what we needed. The rooms were reasonably clean and fresh towels were provided every day. Breakfast was ok.
The putrid smell in the corridor on the 2nd floor landing was disgusting. The furniture was very dated although this didn't matter so much. It would have been nice to have had a larger window to let more light into the room.

The receptionist/waitress was friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Sheets and towels brilliant. Very good flat screen TV
creaky floorboards and noisy water system.

Consider staying in a room away from the main road for a quieter experience, and make sure to ask about breakfast options.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and ideal location, not far from town centre.
Lack of lift could be a problem for some.
